Selection process in Latin America
We initiate a multi-stage selection process at leading universities in Latin America, which includes in-person interviews. This allows us to identify candidates with outstanding expertise, high performance, and exceptional motivation.
German course and preparation
The selected professionals undergo an intensive German course lasting 6 to 12 months, reaching a B2 level, either in their home country or at our language school in Frankfurt. During this period, they receive a scholarship to ensure their motivation and quality, and to be ready for work on time. We assist them with the qualification recognition, job market access, visa issuance, entry, housing search, registration, health insurance, tax ID, SIM card, free salary account, and initial orientation in Germany
Integration into your institution
Upon arrival, the professionals undergo an adaptation program lasting approximately 6 to 12 months at your facility, including a final evaluation or knowledge assessment, to integrate them long-term into your team.
