Needs analysis and consultation
We start with a thorough needs analysis and consultation to create the optimal candidate profile together. Afterward, we prepare a customized offer tailored precisely to your requirements. This ensures that you benefit sustainably from our services and find the perfect employees.
Talent selection process
In the first step of the selection process, we conduct a quality check and pre-selection of suitable talents from renowned universities. Following this, we organize personal one-on-one interviews to select the final candidates, either independently or in collaboration with you. This way, you receive only the most motivated, qualified, and language-proficient international talents.
German language course
The selected talents will be enrolled in our free preparatory program designed for their deployment in your clinic. They will undergo a 7- to 11-month intensive German language course, either in their home country or at our language school in Frankfurt and will complete it with a B2 German language certificate. Throughout the course, the talents will receive a stipend, allowing them to fully focus on their studies. This ensures the highest level of quality, so that by the desired start date, the talents are ready to competently support your team.
Further preparation for daily life and clinical work
We take care of verifying and organizing all necessary documents, such as the deficiency notice, visa, and work permit. You will receive our full support with the submission and organization of the recognition notice, work permit, visa, entry (flight, transfer, and reception on the day of arrival), preliminary housing search if needed, registration and health insurance, tax number, SIM card, free salary account, as well as initial orientation in Germany, including the commute to work. Additionally, we organize the entry and accompany the talents during their orientation in Germany, ensuring that you have virtually no administrative burden.
Integration into daily clinical life
After arrival, the talents undergo your adaptation course or are prepared for and guided through the recognition exam. Even after they start working, we continue to provide ongoing, collaborative support to you and your team, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success.
